Anyone can access a wealth of information, when looking to buy a home or sell his or her existing property. However, one needs a professional real estate agent to receive an analysis of that information as well as a marketing specialist and skilled negotiator. That professional real estate agent is Ashlea Stone.
Ashlea graduated from Butler University with High Honors earning a BS degree in Marketing. Degree in hand, she spent nearly a decade honing her sales and marketing skills at Eli Lilly & Company. Between her professional and personal experiences, Ashlea knows Indianapolis and the surrounding areas well.
Her sister Erika Frantz had established a successful real estate career in the greater Indianapolis area. Erika’s sales volume required that she bring on board an experienced sales associate. This was a perfect opportunity for Ashlea. She would remain in Indy, use her professional skill-set, work directly with people, and grow a business with her life-long best friend. Team Frantz became a reality!
Last year, Team Frantz sold over 25 million dollars in real estate and finished in the top 1% in the greater Indianapolis area. The team uses a variety of marketing strategies that help set their homes apart in the marketplace, which attract buyers. Team Frantz keeps abreast of the most recent market conditions that will govern the selling and buying process.
Ashlea recognizes the real estate markets’ complexities and understands that for most of her clients real estate transactions are where they will make their largest investments ever. Whether representing seller or buyer, she acts as the buffer between the two parties who are in the midst of the high-level financial transaction, bound only to do what is best for her client.
Recognizing the complex home market and desiring to provide the greatest resources for their clients, Team Frantz joined a national leader in homes sales, ERA, under the local flagship, ERA Real Estate Links. This partnership further opens up a vast network of services to clients made available through the latest technological tools, vast network contacts, and social media.
Ashlea grew up in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. She and her husband, John, have one son, John IV (JJ). They live in Noblesville and enjoy running, biking, and golfing. They attend Northview Church in Carmel and are part of their outreach team, serving others in need. Traveling both inside and out of the US is a passion and some of their favorite destinations visited include Fort Myers Beach, Australia, and Thailand.
Ashlea stated, “It was not hard to answer the question, ‘Why did you become a Realtor?’ ”
It was a wonderful opportunity for me to team-up with my sister and best friend, Erika. It creates a win-win situation for both of us. I also really enjoy helping and working with people realize their dreams. Selling and buying a home is an important and emotional process. I want to provide exceptional service and an overall amazing experience for my clients. The analytical side of me enjoys working with clients to understand the impact of comparable, market analysis, financing options, etc., so that they can make the best possible investment. I want to build a relationship of trust with my clients such that if they are to go through the process again they would call no one else but me.
