The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.
The Bridgewater Club is a 750-acre upscale residential golf course community, centrally located between Carmel and Westfield, Indiana, between 146th and 161st Street, and Gray and Carey Road, just one mile east of State Road 31 (Meridian). The Bridgewater Club includes the Dye Course, a new private championship 18- hole golf course designed by Pete Dye and The Preserve Academy, which constitutes nearly 240 of the 750 acres.
The golf courses are woven among thousands of trees and mature woods, as well as 24 lakes and ponds, mixed residential and commercial uses. The result is a synergistic merger of an outstanding championship golf course, The Preserve Academy course, an upscale, integrated residential community, swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness center, trail system, and spectacular clubhouse.
Nestled among tree-adorned rolling hills and meandering creeks, The Club at Chatham Hills emerges—unlike any terrain familiar to Central Indiana. This is a special place, carved out by Mother Nature herself. Filled with history and preserved land, Chatham Hills has a story, many stories in fact.
Located in Westfield, Indiana, this land has been passed down for eight generations, originally purchased as a part of the Northwest Territory. Indiana’s beloved poet James Whitcomb Riley recited stories in fireside readings, children explored the creeks and hills, families farmed the fields, and memories have been made around fire pits tucked beneath the tree canopies. With its rolling hills, lush forests, trickling creeks and steep ravines, it seems like a world away. But it’s been here all along. With quick access to Indianapolis’ main artery, US 31, just off the future 191st street interchange, you can get here and there and go to and fro within minutes.
Now is the time for your story to take shape. Chatham Hills invites you to create, reinvent, and live your story—to share with generations to come. A residential community in a rolling and wooded setting, featuring a Championship Golf Course designed by legendary Pete Dye, fitness classes indoors (and out on the terrace), hike & bike trails (connecting to the Monon Trail), private dog park (with swimming for your pup), The Club at Chatham Hills at the center of it all—that’s just the beginning.
The City of Carmel’s Own Brookshire Golf Course offers an exciting golf experience for beginners and seasoned golfers alike. The 18 Championship holes are accented by gently rolling terrain, and stately mature trees. Picturesque Cool Creek winds its way through a majority of the layout.
Built in 1970, and designed by Carmel’s legendary architect William Diddel, Brookshire is a joy to play. The 4 sets of tees allow for each player to select their own level of golf challenge.
Plum Creek Golf Club promises to be one of the premier semi-private clubs in Indiana. Designed by renowned architect Pete Dye, Plum Creek’s par 72 layout is sure to deliver a challenge at every level of play. Our facility has something for everyone: golf, swimming, tennis and a great place for weddings or that special celebration.
Located on 206 acres in Hamilton County, Prairie View Golf Club is the only Robert Trent Jones, Jr. golf course in Indiana.
Robert Trent Jones, Jr. blended 18 holes of traditional golf design into the natural beauty created by the rolling prairie, towering oaks and sycamores that characterize our site on the banks of the White River. A clear running stream that meanders through four holes, natural wetlands, and five serene lakes placed strategically throughout the course serve to complete a truly unique playing experience.
Consistently rated among the top course in Indiana, Prairie View Golf Club has hosted nearly all major Indiana PGA and Indiana Golf Association championships.
